Low-Carbon Innovation

Waste-to-Energy via Inrim Technology

A defining differentiator for BRADKY Mining is the integration of Waste-to-Energy technology via Inrim Waste to Energy Pty Ltd. Continuous pyrolysis converts site and community waste streams into clean electricity and EN590-grade synthetic diesel on site, at scale, with zero net GHG emissions.

How Pyrolysis Works

Waste Feedstock

Site waste, plastics, biomass and community refuse collected as input fuel

Thermal Conversion

Continuous pyrolysis at 500–700°C in an oxygen-depleted environment

Syngas Production

Hydrocarbon syngas extracted and separated for further conversion

Power Generation

Self-sustaining electricity for all site operations

EN590 Diesel

Synthetic diesel to European standard for mining fleet

Technology Specifications

  • Continuous pyrolysis waste processing: not batch
  • Operating temperatures: 500–700°C
  • Zero greenhouse gas emissions from conversion process
  • Self-sustaining energy generation: no external fuel input required
  • Produces electricity and EN590-grade synthetic diesel
  • Minimal char by-product from process

Strategic Benefits to BRADKY Operations
